Our summer day camp is packed full of activities each week including baking / decorating activities which are age appropriate, karaoke, girl chat (self esteem and confidence building activities), arts & crafts from painting to bracelet making, physical activity including just dance, wii sports, hula hoops, a movie each week, trivia plus more! We will have various themes throughout the summer.
Registration begins Monday, January 12th, 2015...Reserve your space as early as possible as our availability is very limited. Registration Form. You will receive a registration confirmation email after receipt and processing of your one-time $25.00 registration fee.
Q: Why should my daughter attend camp at Sweets ‘n Dreams?
A: If you’ve ever been to one of our parties or events, then you already know the answer to this… At Sweets ‘n Dreams, we like everyone to leave having had an AWESOME time and that includes our camp series. Kids will leave enriched, entertained, with keepsakes and memories to last a lifetime! If you know anyone that attended last year, summer 2014, we're sure they will tell you what an amazing time they had!
Q: Can I register online for your summer camp?
A: Though you can not register online at this time as we need a signature on file, you may download our registration form here along with the release form: 2015 Summer Camp Registration and Release Form and email it back to us to info@sweetsndreams.com or return in person. The registration form along with the $25 registration fee per child reserves your spot for camp. The registration fee is a one-time fee per summer and covers administrative setup, scheduling and a portion of supplies for each camper. *Sweets ‘n Dreams reserves the right to refuse/cancel registration, change or cancel any class for any reason with a full refund for any cancellation necessary on our part.
Q: What is the age group of your camps?
A: Our camp is for ages 5 to 12. Based on the number of kids registered, the kids will be sectioned into two groups age 5-8 and 9-12 years old.
Q: Do you provide lunch each day?
A: The kids must bring their own lunch but a snack will be provided each day. The snack will not include a dessert item from our dessert shop.
Q: How many kids can register for camp each day?
A: No more than 20 total, 10 per age group. Space is VERY limited.
Q: Will the kids go outside at all?
A: This is an indoor camp primarily. Depending on weather, there are activities we may take out to the front of the shop.
Q: What type of activities does your camp include? Are there themes?
A: Each will camp week will include: baking / decorating activities which are age appropriate, karaoke, girl chat (self esteem and confidence building activities), arts & crafts from painting to bracelet making, physical activity including just dance, wii sports, hula hoops, a movie each week, trivia plus more! We will have various themes throughout the summer.
Q: What is the ratio of camper to camp counselor?
A: 10:1 at most.
Q: What are camp hours?
A: 9a to 3p. Extended day option from 3p to 6p for $20 per day.
Q: What payment forms are accepted?
A: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
Q: Do you require a registration fee for per day drop-in dates?
A: We do not require a registration fee for drop in day camp dates. The cost is $40 per day only for specific dates.
Q: What your drop-off and pickup procedures?
A: Each camper must be signed in daily by the parent or the parent’s authorized person; as well as signed out daily by the parent or parent’s authorized person. Authorized person(s) must be listed on the camper’s registration form.
Q: What should my child bring?
A: Send a sack lunch with a drink for your child(ren). For those attending after care, send an additional snack.
Most supplies are provided; campers may be asked to bring items from home for special projects/activities
Q: What is the late fee if my child is picked up after 3p? or 6pm extended day option?
A: There is a $20 charge after designated pickup time each day from 3-6p.
Q: What should we wear to camp?
A: No flip flops or sneakers with wheels. Please dress your child(ren) in older, comfortable clothes. Should flip flops be needed for the spa room we will notify you in advance. Some activities may be messy; therefore you may wish to send a bibbed apron or cover up along.
