FAQ

Q: Are there any mobile party options?

​A:  Yes!  Send us an email to info@sweetsndreams.com with your needs and details and we’ll get back to you shortly with the best options possible.



Q: Can we bring in outside food and is there an additional charge?

​A: Yes, we do allow outside food.  Our stipulations for bringing outside food are that it not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to the start of your party, silverware if needed must be provided.  Food such as cupcakes, popcorn, etc that we provide may not be brought in.



Q: Are deposits refundable?

​A:  Deposits are currently non-refundable, except in the event of issue outside of our control which requires a cancellation on the part of Sweets ‘n Dreams.  In this case only, a full refund of any deposits paid will be refunded back to the customer.  A credit will be issued for customer cancellations and we will accommodate any requests for date / time changes based on availability.

 

Q: What is the cost for additional kids over 8?

​A:  Additional kids are $15 for the Cupcake Wars party, $28 for the Diva Spa party, $35 for the American Idol and Dream Spa parties and $40 per additional child for the Project Runway party.

 

Q: How many hostesses work a party?

A: Typically, 3-4 hostesses work a party of 8.  That is incremented based on the number of children above 8.

 

Q: We are planning to invite more than 8, can we get additional invitations?

​A: Of course you can, just let us know how many you need.

Q: Besides what’s included in our party package, what additional things can we add to enhance the party experience?

​A: We have upgrades that include cotton candy, popcorn, face painting, face gems, nail gems, water orbeez for pedicures, etc.  Please see our Upgrades link under the Parties tab.



Q: What ages do your parties cater to?  Will it be age appropriate?

​A:  We host parties from age 3 to 13 and even a few customized Sweet 16′s.  Our parties are ALWAYS age appropriate as your daughter gets to customize her experience during her consultation which includes her music choices, movies, activities etc.

 

Q: My child has allergies, may we bring a cupcake for her to decorate and eat?

A: You most certainly can.  If there is also an allergy that requires a special type of icing, please bring that as well and we’ll be sure she is able to decorate her cupcake with it and we’ll ice her birthday cupcake with it as well.

 

Q: Do you have any gluten free sweets?

A: We do not at this time. 

 

Q: Are your products free of all nut products?

A: Yes they are.  However, many of the ingredients contained within our products such as flours, oils, etc. may be made in facilities where other products that include nuts are made or may come in contact with. 

 

Q: Is there a minimum order on your sweets?

​A: Yes, for orders, we require a minimum of one dozen.  Delivery requires a minimum order of $35.00
